Website information and enquiries
The website describes possible services and illustrative design directions. It does not confirm availability, a fixed price, a delivery date or acceptance of a commission. Preparing, downloading or opening an enquiry draft does not place an order or form a contract.
You decide whether to send a message through your chosen application. We discuss the requirements and provide the relevant proposal before any commitment.
Project proposals and responsibilities
A written proposal or project agreement identifies the scope, pages, features, deliverables, content responsibilities, review stages, revisions, schedule, fees, payment method and handover arrangements. Ongoing updates, hosting, licences and external services are included only where expressly agreed.
You should have permission to provide and use the materials supplied for a project. The agreement should identify who approves the factual claims, branding, photographs and copy. Material scope changes need a corresponding agreement.
Payments, cancellation and consumer rights
There is no active checkout or payment collection on this website. The accepted proposal sets the amount, currency, payment schedule and the applicable cancellation or refund arrangements for the project. Do not put payment-card information in an enquiry.
Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected. If a consumer distance contract gives rise to a statutory withdrawal right, information about the applicable 14-day period and any requested early performance will be provided before the contract. Personalised website work is not described here as automatically exempt. You can contact the operator by email about cancellation or withdrawal.
Illustrative concepts and intellectual property
Website mockups, business identities and the cinematic car scene are illustrative creative examples, including AI-generated or edited visuals. They are not claims of client endorsement, delivered commissions or verified business results.
Text, brand assets, photography, designs, fonts and other materials can be protected by intellectual property rights, including third-party rights. Viewing them does not grant permission to reuse them. Ownership and permitted use of commissioned work are defined in the project agreement.
Third-party services and suitability
External links lead to services governed by their own terms and privacy arrangements. Bookings, accounts, payments, data integrations and similar features need a project-specific assessment.
Descriptions of performance, SEO and security are not guarantees of a particular search ranking, score, revenue or immunity from attacks. Scope and acceptance criteria are agreed for the actual project.
Questions, complaints and applicable rights
If you have a concern, email [email protected] with the relevant page or project reference and what you would like resolved. Please exclude unnecessary sensitive information.
The operator is established in Romania. An accepted project agreement may specify applicable terms, subject to mandatory law and any consumer protections that cannot be excluded. Nothing on this website removes a right to contact a competent authority or court.
Consumer disputes and international customers
Services are presented primarily for business projects. If you contract as a consumer, mandatory protections in your applicable jurisdiction remain in place; no clause here removes statutory remedies, unfair-terms protection or access to competent courts. There is no compulsory arbitration or class-action waiver imposed by this website.
Eligible consumer disputes may be referred to the Romanian ANPC alternative dispute resolution service (SAL). Availability and participation depend on the dispute and applicable procedure. The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform has closed; we do not direct complaints to that discontinued platform.
Privacy choices are separate from project terms
Saving a cookie preference, preparing an enquiry or reading this website does not sign a project agreement or give permission for marketing. Project terms require a separate written agreement; a privacy notice explains processing rather than seeking a blanket waiver of your rights.
Changes to these notices
Service information and these notices may be updated as the website or operating arrangements change. The review date is shown on this page. A project agreement governs the commissioned work, subject to mandatory law.
